Can I downgrade/upgrade my service?

You can recontract your service after 21months into your existing contract - to do so please send an e-mail to sales@viewqwest.com or call 6723 8100 and they will help you process the recontract.

Please note that if you are on a Bundle plan, you will only be able to upgrade to another Bundle plan. We currently don't allow downgrading of service unless you are on a No-Contract plan, or your current contract has expired.
